1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or washed.
- Tags or labels have been removed.
- The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The item was purchased during a sale or promotional campaign (unless it is damaged or incorrect).
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect color (subject to availability)
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong item received
If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose another available product or request a refund (where applicable).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued through:
- The original payment method (for prepaid orders), or
- Bank transfer, where applicable.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

To request a return:

- Share clear photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Wait for return approval.
- Return the product according to the instructions provided by our support team.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging.
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, size, or color preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for a return under this policy.
9. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. Such products will be clearly identified on their respective product pages.
